Vista GmbH sets the course for its future: At the end of 2025, the previous shareholders, Dr. Heike Bach, founder and managing director of Vista, and Prof. Wolfram Mauser, renowned scientist in the fields of geography, remote sensing, and environmental research, repurchased the shares from BayWa AG.
