he goal of this InCubed+ activity is to de-risk the development of an innovative hyperspectral instrument optimized for agricultural applications with significantly reduced costs and complexity compared to a traditional hyperspectral imager. It includes an immediate simulation of the effects of changes in the sensor specifications all the way up to the final products to find the best balance of on-board functionality versus ground segment functionality to allow for the smallest and lightest satellite design while keeping the highest quality for the smart farming products.
